Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This website is owned and operated by Hans Tullmann ("we," "us"). We respect your privacy and keep things simple: we collect only what we need, we never sell your information, and you can opt out at any time.
What we collect
Email signups. When you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free guide, we collect your name and email address. This information is stored with Buttondown, our email service provider, and is used solely to deliver the resources you requested and occasional emails from Hans. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Appointment booking. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information you provide during booking (such as your name, email, and meeting preferences) under its own privacy policy.
Website hosting. This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which may log standard technical information (such as IP addresses and request data) as part of operating the service. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the guides and resources you request, send the newsletter you signed up for, respond to your inquiries, and schedule meetings you book. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site: Buttondown (email newsletter), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Firebase (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. Links on this site may lead to external websites we don't control.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You may also email us at hans@hanstullmann.com to request that we delete your information from our records, and we will honor that request promptly.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for educators, school leaders, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
